Welcome to Bansko
The town of Bansko lies at the foot of Mount Vihren (2195m), in the scenic Pirin mountain range. Built around a medieval town centre, with pretty stone buildings, welcoming traditional inns with roaring log fires (mehanas) and quaint cobbled streets, the resort has developed into the largest ski resort in Bulgaria.
